En F&A Manufacturing respaldamos la calidad de nuestro producto ofreciendo garantia por defectos de manufactura. El cliente que adquiere nuestro producto podrá reclamar contra desperfectos en manufactura o manejo en o antes de siete (7) dias calendario a partir de la fecha de entrega de la misma. Toda reclamación sera rechazada por causas imputables al comprador. Contactenos para enviarle datos para la devolucion.

Cualquier reclamación debe ser previamente aceptada y autorizada para cambio de mercancía o rembolso por un representante de nuestra empresa.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

For any  items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
